FAQ

Our classes are a heart-pounding, full-body dance party on a bike! Classes are 45 and 60 minutes long. Be prepared to sweat!

Any type of athletic clothing that you feel comfortable in is suitable, although we suggest pants that fit tight at the ankles and fabrics that are sweat wicking.

Rideologie offers a pay-as-you-go system as well as monthly auto renewal passes! Check it out on our buy classes page!

It depends on the individual and the amount of exertion used. Research indicates that on average, indoor cyclists burn from 500-700 calories in a 45-minute workout.

We offer complimentary shoes but have limited sizes. Our bikes are SPD and LOOK DELTA compatible only. We can also put baskets on the pedals so it’s best to wear hard-soled athletic shoes in case we are out of your size.

Check in with our fabulous front desk staff! They can hook you up with shoes if you need them, and answer any questions you may have. Don’t assume front desk knows you are there. Make sure they see you and you check in!

We provide towels for your ride, and have lockers for your personal belongings, on site bathrooms, one well-appointed shower (complete with toiletries and towels), a hairdryer, hair ties, earplugs, mints, and everything you might need.

Create an account for yourself and continue on to the purchase page. Choose your desired package and from there, click the reserve button and choose your class. You can even choose your bike!

Absolutely! We ask that all new riders arrive no later than 20 minutes before their first class. We want to make sure we can show you around and get you set up properly for a safe ride.

You can absolutely cancel! Any rider must cancel at least 5 Hours prior to class reservation. NO EXCEPTIONS! If you do not show we will not credit the class back.

Cancel on your own in your account  (located in the login/account at the top of the website) text 877-707-3460 or email info@rideologie.com if it’s within the 5 hour mark.

Yes! We are here to push you, but we also encourage you to listen to your body when you ride at Rideologie. If you are unable to do a certain move, don’t do it! If you need a break, take it! It is always a good idea to consult with a medical professional before starting a new workout routine.
